Team Captains' Instructions

1.  Get your team together (4-6 people).  Register your team at easttennessee.ja.org.  I will send you emails with information that will help you win prizes the day of the event.

2.  Encourage your teammates to ask for 10  donations.  For every $10 donation, they will have their name and phone number put on a schoolhouse for door prize drawings.

3.  Collect Registration Fee of from each bowler on your team.  Send to JA no later than two weeks prior to your event.  This is a must for pre-registration!

4.  The day before the Bowl-A-Thon, remind team members to bring schoolhouses (with their name and phone number) for door prize drawings.

5.  The day of the Bowl-A-thon - HAVE FUN!

6.  During the 15 days after the Bowl-A-Thon, continue to encourage collections (prizes cannot be given out until all prize money is collected).

9.  Return forms to JA to get credit for points towards prizes.
